Gwyn Hall: Governance
Celtic Community Leisure (CCL) was the first Industrial and Provident Society (IPS) established in Wales to manage leisure facilities. Launched in April 2003, CCL operates nine leisure centres including four swimming pools on behalf of Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council (NPTCBC), trading on a non profit distributing basis.NPTCBC’s decision to outsource the operational management of the Gwyn Hall to CCL brings a new cultural focus to the leisure trust and a welcome and exciting addition to the CCL Portfolio.
The NPTCBC/CCL partnership is committed to “the delivery of exceptional, theatrical, cinematic and participatory experiences”.
